Excellent company to deal with. Ordered a replacement pilot ignition for our fire after speaking to a very helpful gentleman on the phone explain what was wrong with our fire. Received the part the following day and the fire is working perfectly again.
I was called to a Albury Fire that I had fitted perfectly before Christmas, the pilot light was previously fine but was reported by the customer to be 9 inches long. Upon arrival I dismantled the front cover and removed the pilot assembly. I contacted Albury fires and they are sending me a new pilot assembly free of charge. Brilliant service.
