All major debit and credit cards are accepted or you can pay via PayPal. You don’t need an account with PayPal, just your card. Or you can pay using your PayPal account too by logging in if you prefer.

Items in stock are posted the next working day. COVID-19 then may affect the time it takes to arrive to you. Beforehand it should not have take no longer than 3 working days.

If it’s a back order or custom piece it will take a maximum of 7 days to make before posting. You will be kept informed via email or messenger of the progress.

Very safe, we wouldn’t shop any other way personally either. The whole website is held on a secure site and is fully covered by SSL encryption. All of your data complies with GDRP.

We get your order through and do a check on that stock item. Once checked delivery is processed with a courier or Royal Mail (depends on item). We package that item ready for collection via courier/postage the next working day.

If its a back order/out of stock item/custom piece it means its currently not in stock and that we will have to manufacture/order that piece. We will contact you before we start to make sure you are happy with the deadline. Once we get your approval we will begin manufacture and keep you informed of the process.
